የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አ.ማ ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ እንዲሆኑ ሥልጣን ባለው የመንግስት አካል የተመዘገቡትን እና ያላገደዉን ንብረቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በመሸጥ ገንዘቡን ወደ ተበዳሪዎች የብድር እዳ ገቢ ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል
