መከላከያ ኢንጂነሪንግ ኢንዱስትሪ ግሩፕ የሆሚቾ አሙኔሽን ኢንጂነሪንግ ኢንዱስትሪ የተለያዩ የእንግዳ ማረፊያ ቤት ለማሳደስ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል
የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ መከላከያ ኢንጂነሪንግ ኢንዱስትሪ ግሩፕ የሆሚቾ አሙኔሽን ኢንጂነሪንግ ኢንዱስትሪ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን የተለያዩ የእንግዳ ማረፊያ ቤት ለማሳደስ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ሎት 1- የእንግዳ ማረፊያ ቤት ለማሳደስ በመሆኑም ከዚህ በላይ የተዘረዘሩትን በሎት 1- የእንግዳ ማረፊያ ቤት ለማሳደስ ስራዎች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድረን ለማሰራት ስለምንፈልግ፤ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በዘርፉ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው እና በመንግስት ዕቃ ግዥ አቅራቢነት የተመዘገቡ የሆኑና 1. የወቅቱን ግብር ያጠናቀቁ ማለትም የ2017 2. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT 15%) ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ 3. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin No) ያላቸው 4. ህጋዊ ንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸው 5. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከ1-4 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች በአራት ቅጅዎች ማቅረብ አለባቸው 1ኛ ቅጅ ላይ ኦርጅናል ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት፤ 2ኛ ኦርጅናል ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት፤ 3ኛ ኦርጅናል ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት ኮፒ 4ኛ ኦርጅናል ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት ኮፒ በማለት በሁለተኛው ቅጅ ላይ “ኮፒ” የሚል ምልክት በማለት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡ 6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዝርዝር መግለጫ ከጨረታው ሰነድ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡ ሰነዱም ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ተከታታይ ለ15 ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 200(ሁለት መቶ ብር) በመግዛት ዝርዝሩን ሞልተው ማቅረብ ይችላሉ፡፡ 7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2% (CPO) ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 8. ማናቸውም ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን አንድ ወጥ በሆነ በአራት ቅጅዎች ማቅረብ አለባቸው 1ኛ ቅጅ ላይ ኦርጅናል ቴክኒካል ዶከመንት፤ 2ኛ ኦርጅናል ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት፤ 3ኛ ኦርጅናል ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት ኮፒ 4ኛ ኦርጅናል ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት ኮፒ በማለት በሁለተኛው ቅጅ ላይ (ኮፒ) የሚል ምልክት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡ ማለት ከ30/09/17 እስከ 14/10/17 ዓ.ም ድረስ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡ 9. ጨረታው በ 16/10/17 ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ታሽጎ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ 10. ተጫራቾች አጠቃላይ የእድሳት ዋጋ ከማቅረባቸው በፊት አምቦ ሆሚቾ አሙኒሽን ኢንጂነሪንግ ኢንዱስትሪ የሚገኘው ኢንዱስትሪያችን ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ በአካል በመገኘትና በሙያተኛ በመታገዝ አጠቃላይ የእድሳት ሁኔታ ቴክኒካል በመለየት ዋጋ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 11. በተጨማሪም ከዚህ በታች በተራ ቁጥር 7 ላይ በኢንግሊዘኛ የተገለፀውን በደምብ ትኩረት በማድረግ እና ዋጋ ከመሙላታችው በፊት የኢንዱስትሪው የእንግዳ ማረፊያ ቤት ለማደስ በተቀመጠው ሳምፕል መሰረት አስቀድሞ ማየት ይሆናል፡፡ 12. ከእስፔሲፊኬሽን ውጭ የሆነ የእድሳትን ስራ በሚያቀርቡ ተጫራቾች ተቀባይነት የሌለው ከመሆኑም በላይ በዚህ ምክንያት ለሚደርሰው ኪሣራ ተጠያቂ ይሆናል፡፡ 13. የጨረታ ሰነዱን እና የጨረታ ሳጥኑን የሚገኘው አምቦ ሆሚቾ አሙኒሽን ኢንጂነሪንግ ኢንዱስትሪ የሚገኘው ኢንዱስትሪያችን ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ በተዘጋጀው ቦታ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡ INSTRUCTIONS Prospect Bidders/Contractors are strongly advised to follow the
