Terms of Reference (TOR) for consultancy Service to Review and Audit ISO 9001:2015 QMS Implemented by the company
1. Introduction
Nehco Trading Pvt.Ltd. Co owner of Century Mall is one of Addis Ababa’s largest and most modern shopping complex
2. About the Assignment
Nehco Trading Pvt.Ltd Co. (century Mail) invites qualified and Scenam consulting firms to submit sealed bids for Consultancy Services to Review Audit the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) implemented by the company
The selected firm will be evaluated based on both technical and financial proposal
3. Scope of Work
The consultancy services, include
- Reviewing all QMS documents for completeness and 150 9001-2015 compliance
- Conducting an implementation audit
- Providing Improvement recommendations
- Verifying the internal team’s clearance report
Full Terms of Reference (TOR) and evaluation enteria are included in the lender document
4. Eligibility Requirements
- Bidders must submit:
- Renewed business license
- Evidence of relevant expenence (QMS/ISO auditing or compliarice)
- Recommendation letters
- Proof of capacity to complete the assignment within the required timeline
5. Time Frame
The consultancy assignment must be completed within one (1) month.

- Work plan and schedule
- Relevant past experience:
- Financial Proposal
- Total consultancy fee (including taxes)
- Payment terms
7. Bid Submission & Document Collection
Tender documents can be collected from Nehco Trading Pvt.Ltd. Co. Head Office Century Mall (10th Floor), located at Megenagna- Gurd Shola Road, during worang hours within seven (7) working days from the announcement date

Netico Trading Pvt Ltd. Co reserves the right to reject any or all bids cancel the tender entirely or partially, or modify the process at any stage without providing reasons
