ኅብረት 1ኛ ደረጃ ከፍተኛ አገር አቋራጭ አውቶቡስ የግል ባለንብረቶች ማኅበር ያለውን ንብረት ለማስገመት በዘርፉ ፍቃድ ያላቸው ግለሰቦች ወይም ድርጅቶችን አወዳድሮ ያለውን ማስገመት ይፈልጋል
