የመንግስት ልማት ድርጅቶች አስተዳደር ባለስልጣን ለኮንስትራክሽን ዲዛይንና ማማከር ድርጅት ቢዝነስ ሞዴል ጥናት፣ ለህዝብ መዝናኛ ቦታዎችና ፓርኮች ኮርፖሬሽን፣ ለኢግዚቢሽንና ማዕከል ድርጅት እና ለቄራዎች ድርጅት አቻ የሀብት ግመታ እና የሲኒማ ቤቶች አስተዳደር ድርጅት አይ ኤፍ አር ኤስ/ IFRS/ ጥናትና ትግበራ በግልፅ ጨረታ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል
