በአብክመ በኦሮሞ ብሄረሰብ ዞን በከሚሴ ከተማ አስተዳደር የከሚሴ ከተማ አስ/ከተማና መሰረተ ልማት ጽ/ቤት በከሚሴ ከተማ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ለድርጅት 1512 ካ.ሜ እና ለመኖሪያ 160 ካ.ሜ ጠቅላላ ስፋታቸው 1672 ካሬ ሜትር የሆኑ ለመኖሪያና ድርጅት አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የልማት ቦታዎችን በመደበኛ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በሊዝ ማስተላለፍ ይፈልጋል
