በአራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ አስተዳደር ዲዛይንና ግንባታ ሥራዎች ጽህፈት ቤት ሊያስገነባው የፈለገውን የተለያዩ የግንባታ ሥራዎች ለመሰረት ዲዛይን (foundation Design) ለማዘጋጀት ግንባታው የሚያርፍበትን በተመረጡ ቦታ ላይ እስከ 3 ሜትር ጥልቀት ቆፍሮ የአፈር ናሙና በመውሰድ አጠቃላይ የአፈር ናሙና ምርመራ ውጤት (soil Investigation Report and Foundation Recommendation) ሠርቶ የሚያስረክብ በዘርፉ የተመዘገበ ደረጃ 5 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ አማካሪ ድርጅቶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሠራት ይፈልጋል
