በአብክመ ግብርና ቢሮ ዋናውን ቢሮ እድሳት ለማሰራት በግንባታ ዘርፉ የተሰማሩትን ተቋራጮችን በደረጃ GC‐5/BC-4 እና ከዚያ በላይ ያላቸውን ተቋራጮችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል
