የኢትዮጵያ ኢንጂነሪንግ ኮርፖሬሽን አዲስ አበባ ስታዲዬም አካባቢ ከግዮን ሆቴል ጎን ካለው የሚድሮክ ናኒ ሕንጻ አጠገብ የሚገኘውን ሕንጻ ለቢሮ አገልግሎት ለመጠቀም የሕንጻ እድሳት አድርጎ የጨረሰ ሲሆን፤ በሕንጻ ስር የሚገኝ አንድ ክፍል ለንግድ ሥራ ወይም ለቢሮ አገልግሎት ለማከራየት ይፈልጋል
