የዕዳ እና የሀብት አስተዳደር ኮርፖሬሽን ከመንግስት የልማት ድርጅቶች ይዞታና አስተዳደር የተላለፉለትን በሕግ በመፍረስ ላይ ያለ የጥቁር አባይ ኮንስትራክሽን አ.ማ. ግቢ የሚገኙ ልዩ ልዩ ንብረቶችን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
