የደምበጫ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከተማና መሰረተ ልማት ጽ/ቤት የከተማ ቦታን በሊዝ ለመያዝ በሚደነግገው በአዋጅ ቁጥር 721/2004 አንቀጽ 8 ንዑስ አንቀጽ 1 እና 2 ይህን አዋጅ ለማስፈፀም የአብክመ ከተማና መሰረተ ልማት ቢሮ የከተማን ቦታ ሊዝ ስለመያዝ በወጣው ደንብ ቁጥር 103/2004 በክፍል ሶስት በአንቀጽ 10 ንዑስ አንቀጽ 1 ፊደል ተራ ሀ እስከ ሠ በተዘረዘሩት መሠረት ለመኖሪያ አገልግሎት የተዘጋጁ ቦታዎችን በግልጽ ጨረታ ለተጫራቾች ማስተላለፍ ይፈልጋል
