የስደተኞችና ተመላሾች አገልግሎት ጉለሌ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ እና መጋዘን የሚገኙትን የተለያዩ ዕቃዎች (ፌሮ ብረቶች፣ ሚስማሮች፣ ያገለገሉ ጎማዎች፣ የኮንክሪት ሚክሰር እና ሌሎችም ዕቃዎች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
