ሕብረት ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያ በቃሊቲ ጃቲ ኪዳነ ምህረት ቤተ ክርስቲያን ፊት ለፊት ወይም አቃቂ ቃሊቲ አዲሱ ስታዲዩም ፊት ለፊት ያስገነባውን ሕንፃ ለቢሮ፣ ለሱፐር ማርኬት፣ ለሾውሩም አገልግሎቶች መከራየት ለሚፈልጉ በሕንፃው ምድር ወለል ላይ በከፊል፣ በ2ኛ ወለል ላይ በከፊል እና በ3ኛ ወለል ላይ ሙሉ በሙሉ የሚገኙ ቦታዎችን ከ65 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት በላይ በራሳቸው ወጪ የቢሮ አካፈይ በመስራት ለሚከራዬ ተከራዬች ለማከራየት ይፈልጋል
