የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አ.ማ ሲኖ ትራክ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በመሸጥ ገንዘቡን ወደ ተበዳሪው ዕዳ ገቢ ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል፤ በተጨማሪም ዕሁድ መስከረም 11 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ታትሞ በቅጽ 31 በቁጥር 2650 ላይ በወጣዉ የሀራጅ ማስታወቅያ ተ.ቁ 1 እና 2 የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች (የሞሲሳ ቀኖ ቱምሳ ብድር) መስፈርቱን አሟልቶ ለሚቀርብና አሸናፊ ለሆነ ተጫራች ባንኩ ብድር እስከ 50% የሚመቻች መሆኑ ታዉቆና ታርሞ እንዲነበብ ያስታውቃል
