ትራኮን ትሬዲንግ ኃ/የተ/የግ ማህበር ለፋብሪካዎቹ ከጥሬ ዕቃ አቀባበል (Raw Material Receiving) ጀምሮ እስከ ማምረቻ ክፍሎች እና የተጠናቀቁ ምርቶች ክምችት ድረስ ያለውን የስራ ፍሰት ያማከለ፤ ግልጽ እና ዘመናዊ የድርጅት መዋቅር (organizational Chart) መዘርጋት የሚችል ባለሙያ ወይም አማካሪ ድርጅት አወዳድሮ መቅጠር ይፈልጋል
