አዲስ የካፒታል እቃ ፋይናንስ ንግድ ስራ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 103/1990 እና በማሻሻያ አዋጅ 807/2005 መሰረት የካፒታል እቃ ፋይናንስ ስርዓት ለማቅረብ የተቋቋመ እና በኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ ባንክ የስራ ፈቃድ የተሰጠው የፋይናንስ ተቋም ሲሆን በአራዳ ክ/ከተማ ከጊዮርጊስ ቤተክርስቲያን ወደ 6 ኪሎ በሚወስደው መንገድ ድንበሬ መታሰቢያ ህንጻ ጎን የሚገኘው የኩባንያው ዋና መ/ቤት ህንጻ ውስጥ 1ኛ እና 2ኛ ፎቅ ያሉትን ቦታዎች እና ቦሌ ክ/ከተማ ቡልቡላ ሳይት የሚገኘውን 40/60 የንግድ ለካፌ ና ሬስቶራንት እንዲሁም ለልዩ ልዩ አገልግሎቶች ለማከራየት ይፈልጋል
