የሀዋሳ ከተማ አስ/ፋ/ኢ/ል/መምሪያ ለሀዋሳ ከተማ አስ/ከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን መምሪያ በ2017 በጀት ዓመት በታቀደው መሠረት በከተማ ውስጥ በተመረጡ መንገዶች ላይ ለከተማ ውበት ሰጪ ዲም ላይቶችን በመብራትና ስልክ ፖሎች ላይ በአረንጓዴ ልማት ዛፎች ላይ በመጠምጠም የከተማውን ውበት በማዘመን ውብና ተወዳጅ ከተማ ለማድረግ ታቅዶ ለመሥራት በታሰበው መሠረት በዘርፉ ሕጋዊ ፈቃድ ካላቸው ድርጅቶች መካከል በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሠራት ይፈልጋል
