የትግል ፍሬ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶች ህ/ስ/ማህበር በግቢው ውስጥ የሚገኙትን 9 ባለ አራት ወለል ህንጻዎች እና 2 ባለ አንድ ወለል የጋራ መጠቀሚያ የውጪ ግድግዳ ቀለም ቅብ ስራ የመብራት ዝርጋታና ገጠማ ስራ አጠቃላይ የእድሳትና ለቀለም ስራዎችን እንዲሁም ለመወጣጫ አገልግሎት (Scaffolding) በእንጨት ሊሰራ የሚችል ስራው ሲጀመር ለተወሰኑ ህንጻዎች ግብዓቱን ማቅረብ የሚችልና በስራው በቂ ልምድ ያላቸውን ባለ ሙያዎች ወይም የህንጻ ተቋራጭዎች አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል
