በአብክመ ግብርና ቢሮ በሶስት ቦታዎች የተሰቦ ጎል ማባዣ ማዕከል ግንባታ ስራ ለማሰራት በግንባታ በዘርፉ የተሰማሩትን ተቋራጮችን በደረጃ GC-5/ BC-6 እና ከዚያ በላይ ያላቸውን ተቋራጮችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል
