በሕግ በመፍረስ ላይ ያለው የብሔራዊ መሐንዲሶችና ሥራ ተቋራጮች ድርጅት ያገለገሉ የቆርቆሮ መጋዘኖችን በራሱ ወጪ በማፍረስ ቆርቆሮዎችን እና ፍራሽ እንጨቶችን እንዲሁም የተለያዩ የቢሮ ዕቃዎችን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በጥቅል በጨረታ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
