በሲዳማ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ምስራቃዊ ሲዳማ ዞን ቡራ ወረዳ ገንዘብ ጽ/ቤት በ2018 በጀት ዓመት ለቡራ ከተማ ማዘጋጃ ቤት የጎርፍ መንገድ (DITCH) እንዲሰራላቸው በጠየቁት መሠረት የጀማሪ አነሰተኛ ኢንተርፕራይዞች እና የግንባታ ሥራ የተሰማሩ የሥራ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ህጋዊ ተጫራቾችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል
