በኬሚካል ኢንዱስትሪ ኮርፖሬሽን ለሙገር ሲሚንቶ ፋብሪካ አገልግሎት የሚውል ያልታጠበ የሀገር ውስጥ ድንጋይ ከሰል (Raw Local Coal) መጠን 41,500 (አርባ አንድ ሺህ አምስት መቶ) ቶን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳደሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል
