በሲዳማ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ገንዘብ ቢሮ የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት ማስወገድ አገልግሎት በተለያዩ ተቋማት የሚገኙ በሽያጭ እንዲወገዱ ውሳኔ የተሰጠባቸውን ያገለገሉ ተሽከርካሪዎች፣ የተሽከርካሪ አካላት፣ ማሽነሪዎችን፣ ትራክተሮችን እና የትራክተር አካላትን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በሽያጭ ለማስወገድ ይፈልጋል
