ገነት ሆቴል በግቢው ውስጥ ያሉትን ነባር የመጸዳጃ እና መታጠቢያ ክፍሎች የግንባታ እድሳት ስራን ለማሰራት ብቁ የሆኑ የሀገር በቀል የህንጻ ወይም የጠቅላላ ስራ ተቋራጭ ደረጃ- 5(አምስት) እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ድርጅቶችን በግልፅ ጨረታ በማወዳደር ማሰራት ይፈልጋል
