የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ሀርቡ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ተቋም አማ ከባለእዳዎቹ ላይ ለሚፈልገው ገንዘብ በዋስትና የያዛቸውን እና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1147/2011 እና በተሻሻለው 216/92 ለባንኮችና ለማይክሮ ፋይናንስ በተሰጠው
