ቡሉኮ ጨርቃ ጨርቅ አክሲዮን ማህበር ከ2016 በጀት ዓመት ጀምሮ ለሶስት ተከታታይ የበጀት ዓመታት (የ2016፣ የ2017 እና የ2018) የውጭ ኦዲተርን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ውል በማስገባት ለማሠራት ይፈልጋል
