በድጋሚ የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ የፍ/ባለመብት ወ/ሮ አስካለ ጎበዜ እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ አቶ ዳንኤል ለማ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌደራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር 181301 በ24/2/2015 ዓ.ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ

በድጋሚ የወጣ ግልፅ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ቡሉኮ ጨርቃ ጨርቅ አክሲዮን ማህበር ከ2016 በጀት ዓመት ጀምሮ ለሶስት ተከታታይ የበጀት ዓመታት (የ2016፣ የ2017 እና የ2018) የውጭ ኦዲተርን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ውል በማስገባት ለማሠራት
ቡሉኮ ጨርቃ ጨርቅ አክሲዮን ማህበር ከ2016 በጀት ዓመት ጀምሮ ለሶስት ተከታታይ የበጀት ዓመታት (የ2016፣ የ2017 እና የ2018) የውጭ ኦዲተርን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ውል በማስገባት ለማሠራት ይፈልጋል
ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ጂማ ዲስትሪክት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90፣ 98/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሰረት ቀጥሎ የተዘረዘረውን ንብረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ የተበዳሪው ስም
