የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል የተለያዩ የሥራ ክፍሎች እና አካባቢዎች የጽዳት አገልግሎት ግዥን በዘርፉ ከተሰማሩ ፍቃድ ካላቸው እና የሥራ ልምድ ካላቸው ድርጅቶች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ግዥውን መፈፀም ይፈልጋል
