ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክስዮን ማህበር ለተበዳሪው ላበደረው ብድር በውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በተሻሻለ አዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ እንዲሆን ሥልጣን
የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክስዮን ማህበር የንግድ ቤት እና የመኖሪያ ቤት ንብረቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ፤ ሕብረት ባንክ አ.ማ. በቅርንጫፎቹ በኩል ለሰጣቸው ብድሮች በመያዣነት የያዛቸውንና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት በግልፅ ሐራጅ (ጨረታ) አወዳድሮ ይሸጣል። ተራ ቁጥር

የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የሐራጅ ቁጥር ዳባ/012/24 ዳሸን ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 1147/2011 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት የሚከተለውን የተበዳሪ ወይም የአስያዥ ንብረት ባለበት ሁኔታ በሐራጅ ይሸጣል:: የተበዳሪው ስም አበዳሪው ቅርንጫፍ የአስያዥ ስም
