በድጋሚ የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ በፍ/ባለመብት አቶ ይድናቃቸው ሽኩር እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ አቶ እሸቱ ሙሄ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌደራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር 201877 በ29/2/2014 ዓ.ም እና መ/ቁ 217040 በ15/3/2014
የቤት የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ
የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ቁጥር፤ ቡባ/ሕአዳ/ሐራጅ/031/2016 ቡና ባንክ አ.ማ. በአዋጅ ቁ 97/1990 (እንደተሻሻለው) በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ቀጥሎ የቀረቡትን ንብረቶች በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ የንግድ ቤት/መኖሪያ ቤት/ ተ.ቁ የተበዳሪ ስም የንብረት
ቡና ባንክ አ.ማ. የመኖሪያ ቤት G+3፣ የድርጅት የሚያገለግል ቤት G+1፣ ለኢንዱስትሪ አገልግሎት የሚውል ሕንጻ እና መኖሪያ ቤት (ኮንዶሚንየም) 6ኛ ፎቅ በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
ግልጽና የሐራጅ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የጉምሩክ ህግን ተላልፈው የተያዙ የተለያዩ የኮንትሮባንድ እቃዎችን ነሃሴ 10/2016 ዓ/ም በግልጽና በሐራጅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። በመሆኑም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን
አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ጫማዎች፤ አልባሳት፤ ኮስሞቲክስ፤ የመኪና መለዋወጫና ሞተሮች፤ ኤሌክትሮኒክስ፣ የሞባይል ቀፎ፤ ምግብ ነክ፣ ቁርጥራጭ ብረትና ፕላስቲክ እንዲሁም ሌሎች ልዩ ልዩ እቃዎች በግልጽና በሐራጅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
