የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ስኬት ባንክ ኢማ (የቀድሞ አዲስ የብድርና ቁጠባ ተቋም ኢማ) ስማቸው ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱት ተበዳሪዎች የወሰዱትን ብድር ባለመክፈላቸው ባንኩ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1147/2011 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱት በመያዣነት
