በድጋሚ የወጣ የግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ጨረታ ቁጥር ፡-ኢፕድ 002/2017 የኢትዮጵያ ፕሬስ ድርጅት በ2017 በጀት ዓመት አዳዲስ የሞተር ሳይክሎችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡ በዚህም መሰረት፡- በዘመኑ የታደሰ አግባብነትያለው የንግድ ስራ
የኢትዮጵያ ፕሬስ ድርጅት በ2017 በጀት ዓመት አዳዲስ የሞተር ሳይክሎችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል
የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ቁጥር፣ በባ/ሕአዳ/ሐራጅ/032/2016 ቡና ባንከ አ.ማ. በአዋጅ ቁ. 97/1990 (እንደተሻሻለው) በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ቀጥሎ የቀረቡትን ንብረቶች በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል:: የንግድ ቤት/መኖሪያ ቤት/ ተ.ቁ የተበዳሪ ስም የንብረት አስያዥ
ቡና ባንከ አ.ማ. የንግድ ቤት/መኖሪያ ቤት/ በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ኦሮሚያ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/1992 ወይም በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1147/2011 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለሰጠው ብድር በዋስትና የያዘዉን በሰንጠረዡ ላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ንብረቶች ባሉበት በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል:: ተ.ቁ የተበዳሪው
ኦሮሚያ ባንክ ለሰጠው ብድር በዋስትና የያዘዉን ንብረቶች ባሉበት በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክሲዮን ማህበር በብድር የሰጠ ገንዘብ በብድር ውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና በመሻሻያው በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ
የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክሲዮን ማህበር በብድር የሰጠ ገንዘብ በብድር ውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና በመሻሻያው በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መክፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ እንዲሆን ሥልጣን ባለው አካል በማስመዝገብ ያሳገደውን ንብረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በመሸጥ ገንዘቡን ወደ ተበዳሪው የብድር ዕዳ ገቢ ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል
