የገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር የሚኒስቴር መ/ቤቱ ግብር ከፋዮች የሚጠበቅባቸውን የታክስ ዕዳ በታክስ ህጉ በተፈቀደው የጊዜ ገደብ ባለመክፈላቸው ምክንያት በታክስ አስተዳደር አዋጅ ቁጥር 983/2008 አንቀፅ 41 በተሠጠው ስልጣን መሠረት የፎኔክስ ኢንዱስትሪያል ኃ/የተ/የግ/ማህበር የተያዙ የተለያዩ መጠን ያላቸውን እቃዎች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ዳሽን ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 1147/11 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት የሚከተሉትን ተበዳሪ ወይም አስያዥ ቤት ባለበት ሁኔታ በሐራጅ ይሸጣል። ተ.ቁ የተበዳሪው ስም አበዳሪው ቅርንጫፍ የአስያዥ
