ኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ ኃ.የተ.የግ.ማ ለተለያዩ ስድርጅቱ አገልገሎት ላይ የሚውሉ የተለያዩ ተሽከርካሪዎች፣ የተለያየ መጠን ያላቸው ጀነሬተሮች፣ የድህረገጽ ማበልጸግ (Website Development) እና የዲጂታል ዙም ሚቲንግ (Digital Zoom Meeting) ለማሰራት እንዲሁም ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ድርጅቶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ገዢ ለመፈጸም ይፈልጋል

አማራ ልማት ማህበር በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ አራት ኪሎ ባሻ ወልዴ ችሎት አካባቢ የሚገኘውን ባለ 4 ወለል ህንፃ በግልፅ ጨረታ BC4/ GC5 የግንባታ ፍቃድ ያላቸውን ድርጅቶች አወዳድሮ የማስፋፊያ ህንፃ ለማስገንባት እና ለማሳደስ ይፈልጋል
