ለአንደኛ እና ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክስዮን ማህበር ለተበዳሪው ላበደረው ብድር በውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እንደተሻሻለ በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ
