የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ኦሮሚያ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/1992 ወይም በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1147/2011 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለሰጠው ብድር በዋስትና የያዘዉን በሰንጠረዡ ላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ንብረቶች ባሉበት በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል:: ተ.ቁ የተበዳሪው

ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክሲዮን ማህበር በብድር የሰጠ ገንዘብ በብድር ውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና በመሻሻያው በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ
የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክሲዮን ማህበር በብድር የሰጠ ገንዘብ በብድር ውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና በመሻሻያው በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መክፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ እንዲሆን ሥልጣን ባለው አካል በማስመዝገብ ያሳገደውን ንብረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በመሸጥ ገንዘቡን ወደ ተበዳሪው የብድር ዕዳ ገቢ ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል
በድጋሚ የወጣ ቶዮታ ፕራዶ ተሽከርካሪ መኪና ሽያጭ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የጨረታ ቁጥር SDE/02/2016 ሲዳርታ ዴቨሎፕመንት ኢትዮጵያ ያገለገለ ቶዮታ ፕራዶ ተሽከርካሪ መኪና በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል። ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት
