በኦሮሚያ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት የኦሮሚያ ደንና ዱር እንስሳት ድርጅት ቦራና ጉጂ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ቦሬ እና አዶላ ዲስትሪክቶች እና ጂማ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ጥሮ አበልት ዲስትሪክት እና ወለጋ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የቁም የፈረንጅ ጥድ ግንድላ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
ለሶስተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ማህበራችን እድል ቂርቆስ የመ/ቤ/ህ/ስ/ማ የመኖሪያ አፓርታማ እያሰራ መሆኑ ይታወቃል። ይህ የመኖሪያ አፓርታማ ከአያት አደባባይ ወደ አራብሳ በሚወስደው መንገድ ከሰንሻይን ሪልስቴት የመኖሪያ ግቢ ጀርባ ይገኛል። ሆኖም ማህበሩ ተጨማሪ
እድል ቂርቆስ የመ/ቤ/ህ/ስ/ማ ከ78% በላይ ግንባታቸው የተጠናቀቁ ግራውንድ ወለል ላይ የሚገኙ ባለ 3 (123.1 ካሬ)፤ ባለ 2 (95.7 ካሬ) መኝታ እና ስቱዲዮ (24.2 ካሬ) ቤቶችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ከፍተኛ ክፍያ ያቀረቡ ተጫራቾችን ለተጨማሪ የማህበሩ አባልነት መመልመል ይፈልጋል
