የሀዋሳ ከተማ አስተዳደር ግቢን ውብና ማራኪ ለማድረግ ከሚሰሩ የተለያዩ ሥራዎች ውስጥ አንዱ የሆነውን የላንድ ስኬፕ ሥራ በ2017 በጀት ዓመት ዕቅድ መሠረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ያስፈለገ በመሆኑ በዘርፉ ህጋዊ ፈቃድ ካላቸው ማህበራት መካከል በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል
