የጂንካ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በ2017 በጀት ዓመት የመንግስት ንብረት አወጋገድ መመሪያ መሰረት በተቋሙ ግቢ ውስጥ ለፍልጥ የሚሆን የቁም ባህር ዛፎ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
የተለያዩ ንብረቶች ለመሸጥ የወጣ የግልጽ ጨረታ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ ቁ_2/2017 የሚኒስቴር መ/ቤቱ ግብር ከፋዮች የሚጠበቅባቸውን የታክስ ዕዳ በታክስ ህጉ በተፈቀደው የጊዜ ገደብ ባለመክፈላቸው ምክንያት በታክስ አስተዳደር አዋጅ ቁጥር 983/2008 አንቀፅ 41
የገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር የሚኒስቴር መ/ቤቱ ግብር ከፋዮች የሚጠበቅባቸውን የታክስ ዕዳ በታክስ ህጉ በተፈቀደው የጊዜ ገደብ ባለመክፈላቸው ምክንያት በታክስ አስተዳደር አዋጅ ቁጥር 983/2008 አንቀፅ 41 በተሠጠው ስልጣን መሠረት የፎኔክስ ኢንዱስትሪያል ኃ/የተ/የግ/ማህበር የተያዙ የተለያዩ መጠን ያላቸውን እቃዎች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ዳሽን ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 1147/11 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት የሚከተሉትን ተበዳሪ ወይም አስያዥ ቤት ባለበት ሁኔታ በሐራጅ ይሸጣል። ተ.ቁ የተበዳሪው ስም አበዳሪው ቅርንጫፍ የአስያዥ
ዳሽን ባንክ አ.ማ. የመኖሪያ ቤት ባለበት ሁኔታ በሐራጅ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ጅማ ዲስትሪክት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሰረት ቀጥሎ የተዘረዘሩትን ንብረቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ የተበዳሪው ስም አስያዡ ስም
