ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ጋፋት ኢንዶውመንት በክልሉ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅቶች ማህበራት መመዝገቢያና ማስተዳደሪያ አዋጅ ቁጥር 194/2004 አንቀጽ 63(1) መሠረት የተመዘገበ መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ዘላቂ የበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት ነው፡፡ ስለሆነም
ጋፋት ኢንዶውመንት “በኢንዶውመንቱ ስም ፕሮጀክት ቀርፀውና ከለጋሽ አካላት ግራንት አፈላልገው ሃብት ሊያመጡ የሚችሉ ህጋዊ ድርጅቶች/ባለሙያዎችን ከሚያመጣው ሃብት ላይ በፐርሰንት ኮሚሽን በማሰብ” አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል
በድጋሚ የወጣ የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ በአፈ/ከሳሽ አሊ መሀመድ አወል እና በአፈ/ተከሳሽ አቶ ደመረ ተፈሪ ካሣዬ መካከል ባለው የአፈፃፀም ክስ ክርክር ጉዳይ በሀዋሳ ከተማ መናኸሪያ ክ/ከተማ ጉዌ እስቴዳየም ቀበሌ ውስጥ በይዞታ
