አመልድ ኢትዮጵያ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 10 (ለገሀር አካባቢ) ባስገነባው 4B+G+25 ህንጻ ውስጥ ከ6ኛ እስከ 15ኛ ፎቅ ላይ የሚገኙትን 60 የተለያየ መጠን ያላቸውን ባለአንድ መኝታ ቤቶችን ህጋዊ ፍቃድ ላላቸው ድርጅቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ እንደ አሰፈላጊነቱ የሚራዘም ለ5 (አምስት) ዓመት ማከራየት ይፈልጋል

የፈለገ ህይወት አጠቃላይ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል ለህሙማን አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የፅህፈት መሳሪያዎች፣ የኦፕራሲዮን ልብስ፣ የኦፕራሲዮን ጫማ፣ የውሃ፣ የኤሌክትሪክና የሁለገብ ጥገና እቃዎች፣ መድሃኒት ሪኤጀንትና ሳፕላይስ፣ የመኪና ጎማ ፣ የተለያዩ የፈርኒቸር እቃዎች ግዥ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ከአሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል
