የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያ ሪፐብሊክ የገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር በታክስ ዕዳ የያዘውን የተለያዩ ንብረቶችን፣ ሪዞርቶችን፣ የአክሲዮን ዕጣ ድርሻ እንዲሁም ተሽከርካሪዎችን ለመሽጥ የወጣ የግልጽ ጨረታ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ የጨረታ ቁጥር፡-03/2017 የሚኒስቴር መ/ቤቱ ግብር
ገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር በአርባ ምንጭ ከተማ የሚገኘው የኤመራልድ ሪዞርት በ30,000 ካ/ሜ ላይ ያረፈውን ሙሉ ንብረት ከነይዞታው፤ የአክሲዮን እጣ፤ የፕላስቲክ ገመድ ማምረቻ ማሽኖች፣ የማሸኑ የምርት ግብዓቶች፤ የተመረቱ ገመዶች አና የማሸኑ ተጓዳኝ ዕቃዎችና የተለያዩ ሞዴል ያላቸው ተሽከርካሪዎች እና የተለያዩ ቴሌቭዥኖች፣ ሌሎች የሆቴል ተጓዳኝ ዕቃዎች
በታክስ ዕዳ የያዛቸውን ተሽከርካሪዎች ለመሸጥ የወጣ የግልጽ ጨረታማስታወቂያ ቁ.01/2017 የቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ግብር ከፋይ የሚጠበቅባቸውን የታከስ ዕዳ በታክስ ህጉ በተፈቀደው የጊዜ ገደብ ባለመከፈላቸው በታክስ አከፋፈል አዋጅ ቁጥር 983 2008 አንቀፅ 41
በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር አዳማ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት 3 ተሽከርካሪዎችን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
በድጋሚ የወጣ የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ በፍ/ባለመብት እነ ወ/ሮ አበበች ተፈራ እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ አኒያ ፕላስቲክ ፋ/ኃ/የተ/የግ/ማ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌደራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር 197221 በ12/9/2016 ዓ.ም እና መ/ቁ
