በድጋሚ የወጣ ግልጽ የህንፃ ኪራይ የጨረታ የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ንብረት የሆነው እስጢፋኖስ ፊት ለፊት የሚገኘውን የፌዴሬሽኑን ባለ ሰባት ፎቅ ህንፃውን ባለበት ሁኔታ ሙሉ ለሙሉ ህንፃ ግልፅ የኪራይ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማከራየት
የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ንብረት የሆነው እስጢፋኖስ ፊት ለፊት የሚገኘውን የፌዴሬሽኑን ባለ ሰባት ፎቅ ህንፃውን ባለበት ሁኔታ ሙሉ ለሙሉ ህንፃ ግልፅ የኪራይ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማከራየት ይፈልጋል
የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ሕብረት ባንክ አ.ማ. በቅርንጫፎቹ በኩል ለሰጠው ብድር በመያዣነት የያዛቸውንና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት በግልፅ ሐራጅ (ጨረታ) አወዳድሮ ይሸጣል። ተራ ቁጥር
