ለመጀመሪያ(1ኛ) እና ለሁለተኛ(2ኛ) ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክስዮን ማህበር ለተበዳሪው ላበደረው ብድር በውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በተሻሻለ አዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ
የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክስዮን ማህበር መኖሪያ ቤት፣ የቡና ማበጠሪያ ሳይት/ቤት እና የንግድ ቤት መሸጥ ይፈልጋል

የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክስዮን ማህበር ለተበዳሪዎቹ ላበደረው ብድር ብድሩ በውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ እንዲሆን ሥልጣን ባለው የመንግስት አካል ፊት ያስመዘገበውን 2 ንግድ ቤቶች፣ የፋብርካ ሕንፃ፣ የቡስኩት ማምረቻ ማሽሪ እና የዱቄት ወፍጮ ማሽነሪ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
