በድጋሚ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያጨረታ ቁጥር EU-PPM /11/2017(NCB) በኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎት የፕሮጀክቶች ፖርትፎሊዮ ማኔጅመንት ስራ አስፈጻሚ የፅዳት እቃ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ግዥ መፈጸም ይፈልጋል። ስለሆነም ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን መስፈርቶችን የሚያሟሉ ድርጅቶች በጨረታ
