በድጋሚ የወጣ የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ የፍ/ ባለመብት ወ/ሮ ህይወት ካላ እና በፍ ባለዕዳ አቶ በላይ ዘለቀ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር 184581 በ26/8/2015ዓ.ም. እና መ/ቁ

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ (በድጋሚ የወጣ) CN/NCB/09/17 ኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ ኃ/የተ/የግል ማህበር ለተለያዩ ስድርጅቱ አገልገሎት ላይ የሚውሉ፡– ሎት 1፡– የተለያዩ ተሽከርካሪዎች ሎት 2፦ የተለያየ መጠን ያላቸው ጀነሬተሮች ሎት 3፦ የድህረገጽ ማበልጸግ (Website Development) እና
ኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ ኃ.የተ.የግ.ማ ለተለያዩ ስድርጅቱ አገልገሎት ላይ የሚውሉ የተለያዩ ተሽከርካሪዎች፣ የተለያየ መጠን ያላቸው ጀነሬተሮች፣ የድህረገጽ ማበልጸግ (Website Development) እና የዲጂታል ዙም ሚቲንግ (Digital Zoom Meeting) ለማሰራት እንዲሁም ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ድርጅቶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ገዢ ለመፈጸም ይፈልጋል
