ኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ግሩፕ ደረጃ-1 ጠቅላላ የውሃ ሥራዎች ተቋራጭ ወይም ጠቅላላ ስራ ተቋራጭ (GWWC-1/GC1) የሆኑ የአገር ውስጥ እና የአገር ውስጥ ፈቃድ ያላቸው አለም አቀፍ ተጫራቾችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ በአዲስ አበባ ቦሌ ዓለም አቀፍ አየር ማረፊያ ውስጥ/Airsde/ የውሃ መገኛ ልማት እና የላንድ ስኬፒንግ ፕሮጀክት ስራን በዲዛይን እና ግንባታ የውል ዓይነት (Design & Construction Turn-Key Bases) ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል
