ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ ግልጽ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ደቦ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ኢንስቲትዩሽን ኢማ ለሰጠው ብድር በመያዣነት ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 626/2001፣ 97/90 እና 98/90 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት በግልጽ
ደቦ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ኢንስቲትዩሽን አውቶሞቢል (ዞታይ መኪና) በግልጽ ጨረታ ተጫራቾች በተገኙበት አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
