ለሶስተኛ ዙር የወጣ ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የማስታወቂያ ቁጥር (03/2017) የኢትዮጵያ ጉምሩከ ኮሚሽን አሶሳ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በጉምሩክ አዋጅ ቁጥር 859/2006 አንቀጽ 61 እና 62 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት በህገ–ወጥ መንገድ ሲንቀሳቀሱ ተይዘው የተወረሱ
የኢትዮጵያ ጉምሩከ ኮሚሽን አሶሳ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በጉምሩክ አዋጅ ቁጥር 859/2006 አንቀጽ 61 እና 62 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት በህገ-ወጥ መንገድ ሲንቀሳቀሱ ተይዘው የተወረሱ የእርሻ ትራግተር እና ሞተር ሳይክል በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል
