የአዲስ አበባ ቤቶች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን የሎደር ማሽነሪ ጎማ ፣ተቀማጭ የመኪና ሸቶ ግዥ፣ አላቂ የቢሮ ዕቃዎች የፅህፈት መሳሪያዎች እና የጽዳት ዕቃዎች ግዥ ለህንፃ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ እቃዎች ግዥ (ለእንጨት ስራ፣ ለኤሌክትሪክ ስራ፣ ለአትክልት ስራ እና ለጥበቃ ሥራ የሚያገለግሉ) የደንብ ልብስ፣ የተለያዩ ጫማዎች ግዥ እና የደንብ ልብስ ስፌት አገልግሎት ግዥ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል
በድጋሚ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ናሽናል ሲሚንቶ አ/ማ ከዚህ በታች የተገለጸውን የሎደር እና የገልባጭ ተሽከርካሪ (TONLY Dump truck) በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ጨረታ ማውጣቱ ይታወሳል፡፡ ተ/ቁ የእቃው አይነት መለኪያ ብዛት የአንዱ ዋጋ ከቫት
ናሽናል ሲሚንቶ አ/ማ የሎደር እና የገልባጭ ተሽከርካሪ (TONLY Dump Truck) በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል
የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ ስኬት ባንካ አ.ማ (የቀድሞ አዲስ ብድርና ቁጠባ ተቋም አ.ማ) ብድር ሲሰጥ በመያዣነት የያዛቸዉን ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1147/2011 በተሰጠዉ ስልጣን መሰረት በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ
ስኬት ባንካ አ.ማ (የቀድሞ አዲስ ብድርና ቁጠባ ተቋም አ.ማ) ብድር ሲሰጥ በመያዣነት የያዛቸዉን ንብረቶች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል
